Quality Concerns

In case the work submitted is not of an acceptable academically grade to pass, a refund can also be provided under our quality assurance policy.

Missed Deadlines

In case your order is received after the specified deadline, and the delay somehow affects your timely submission, a refund or compensation can be provided.

Unsatisfactory Grades

In case of below-guaranteed grading, a refund can be sought after analyzing the case thoroughly.

Detailed Feedback Report

For any request for refund, a proper and supporting report of feedback has to be lodged. Our audit team is able to estimate your request with accuracy using such a report.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not made in the following circumstances:

Incomplete Requirements

If the initial project brief was inaccurate, misleading, or had inaccuracies and impacted on the final outcome, no refund can be made.

Unused Work

If you don’t use the work provided through any reason, this in itself is not a right to a refund.

Self-Edits

Your subsequent changes after delivery, which impact quality or intent of the original work, will render the claim for a refund invalid.

Change of Mind

If you choose to cancel your order once made, we don’t accept refunds on impulse.

Non-Responsiveness

Should we call to clarify and fail to get an immediate response, any subsequent delay or problem will disqualify a refund claim.

Modified Feedback

If there are modifications requested in the feedback that fall outside the parameters of the original job, those cannot be used as justification for a refund. We are pleased to make changes according to the original specifications, but additional changes will cost an additional fee.

Note: Any subsequent updates or changes above the first brief could incur extra charges, and we cannot promise satisfaction unless they are added.

Transaction Fee

If your refund request is approved, a 15% deduction will be applied to cover processing and transaction fees.
